Located in the peaceful countryside of Flushing, Michigan, Country View is a licensed 12-bed Adult Foster Care (AFC) home operated by Rehabitat Systems. Our smaller, family-style setting allows us to provide individualized care while creating an environment where residents are treated like family.

Country View isn't a large institutional setting. With just 12 residents, our team has the opportunity to truly get to know each individual, their personality, interests, routines, preferences, and goals.

Each resident has their own private room that they can personalize and make their own.

Our team provides 24-hour support for individuals with a variety of care needs, including:
