Our story

Rehabitat Systems was created with one simple belief at its core: recovery and long-term support work best in an environment that feels like home. Since our founding over 40 years ago, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a setting that values dignity, comfort, and independence. We take a family approach to care.

Our home, Country View, is not facility—it is a place where relationships matter, routines feel familiar, and every resident is known as an individual, not a diagnosis. Each person has their own private bedroom, which they are encouraged to decorate and personalize so it truly feels like their space.Daily life at Rehabitat is built around the residents’ goals, interests, and abilities. From meaningful activities and community involvement to therapeutic supports and structured programming, everything we do is designed to support progress, confidence, and quality of life. Above all, our focus is always on the individual. Their choices, their goals, and their comfort guide our care. We are here to support their journey—because at Rehabitat Systems, it’s about them, not us.
