Our home, Country View, is not facility—it is a place where relationships matter, routines feel familiar, and every resident is known as an individual, not a diagnosis. Each person has their own private bedroom, which they are encouraged to decorate and personalize so it truly feels like their space.​Daily life at Rehabitat is built around the residents’ goals, interests, and abilities. From meaningful activities and community involvement to therapeutic supports and structured programming, everything we do is designed to support progress, confidence, and quality of life. ​Above all, our focus is always on the individual.
