Our Services
Country View is a twelve bed AFC home in Genesee county. We offer a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment designed to feel like home. Our residents enjoy 24/7 care, medication management, and individualized support tailored to their unique needs.

Situated on five acres of property, Country View features a large outdoor yard with a peaceful pond, a paved walking path, and a covered pavilion where residents can relax, socialize, and enjoy the outdoors. We also maintain a vegetable garden that residents may participate in as part of meaningful daily activities.

We encourage connection and community through planned activities, outdoor enjoyment, and gatherings that welcome friends and family, including large yearly parties. Our goal is to promote dignity, and quality of life in a calm, structured, and engaging setting.

Long Term & Respite Care
Rehabitat Systems offers both long-term residential care and short-term respite stays to meet the changing needs of individuals and families. Long-term care provides a stable, supportive home for those who require ongoing assistance, structure, and supervision.
Respite care offers temporary relief for families or caregivers, whether for planned breaks, transitions, or recovery following hospitalization. In both settings, residents receive the same level of personalized support, comfort, and respect in a home-like environment.
Physical Therapy
If needed, physical therapy at Rehabitat Systems is focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function. Therapy goals are individualized and integrated into daily routines to promote progress in a natural, supportive way.

Whether working on ambulation, transfers, endurance, or functional movement, physical therapy supports residents in maintaining independence and improving confidence in everyday activities.
Cognitive Therapy
Cognitive therapy, occupational therapy, and VR rehabilitation are offered and designed to support thinking skills, daily functioning, and meaningful life roles. Services may focus on memory, attention, problem-solving, executive functioning, and life skills, while occupational therapy emphasizes independence with activities of daily living.
Together, these therapies help residents build confidence, regain independence, and work toward purposeful engagement in their daily lives.
Daily Activities
and support
Daily life at Rehabitat Systems is designed to be engaging, purposeful, and supportive of each individual’s abilities and interests. Residents participate in a variety of meaningful activities that promote social connection, physical movement, and overall well-being. These may include pet therapy, community outings, recreational activities, and individualized range-of-motion exercises integrated into daily routines.

Transportation is provided for medical appointments and community activities, helping residents stay connected and supported beyond the home. Within each resident, an on-site Home Manager and Medical Manager oversee daily operations, care coordination, and communication to ensure consistency and quality of care.

In addition, medical managers, home manager and a RN are available on-call to provide clinical guidance and support as needed. Together, this team-based approach ensures residents receive attentive care, structured activity, and medical oversight in a safe, comfortable, home-like environment.
