Here are just some examples of what services we have to offer.
PHYSICAL THERAPY & RANGE OF MOTION
We have an on-site therapy room and use trained therapists to complete our therapy. Range of motion is also provided when needed. Residents can also use the fine motor and sensory stations at their own leisure.
RESPITE CARE
We offer respite care for those in need of a break. We offer overnight or daily services.

INDIVIDUALIZED CARE PLANS
Each resident has their own individualized care plan that is put together by the Home Manager, Medical Manager, Case Manager and family member.
ON-SITE NURSE AND PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CHARTING
We use the online medical program as a tool for our medical charting and daily communication with our staff and on site nurse. We have an on-site nurse and an on-call RN on staff.
TRANSPORTATION
We have a handicap accessible van and provide transportation to appointments.
PARTIES
We offer four large parties a year for friends & family. Halloween, Christmas, Caribbean & Summerfest parties!
INDIVIDUALIZED MEAL PLANS & PREPERATION
We have a daily menu we follow according to our residents likes and specialized diets. We have a fresh garden in the summer with an array of fresh vegetables, raspberries, blackberries and an herb garden!
ACTIVITIES
We have a monthly activity calendar and offer two activities a day. We pride ourselves on getting out there and enjoying a variety of different activities throughout the year!
